Barry Dow

Director - Chief Executive, Advanced Transaction Systems Limited.

An experienced manager specializing in growth, change management and business turnarounds in the technology sector. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Management and Master of Business Administration.

Barry has extensive international business experience and has held director positions in both National and International companies, including a US Fortune 500 company. During this period he was involved in a number of mergers, acquisitions and due diligence processes.

On the local scene, Barry was involved in the acquisition and turnaround of Task Transactions, from a loss making position to a multimillion dollar Australasian business.

More recently, in Australia, he was instrumental in turning a A$30 million business in to a A$50 million dollar business within 12 months, and obtaining one of the largest 5 year ATM supply and support contracts awarded in the Southern Hemisphere.

He is a member of both the New Zealand Institute of Management and The Institute of Directors and is on the board of directors of a number of private companies.
